Acuerdo de Consulta Inicial

This Initial Consultation Agreement is between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Oscar Franco and the client, for the purpose of advising on immigration issues, including but not limited to obtaining temporary and/or permanent residence in Canada.

 

Please be advised that Oscar Franco is a member in good standing (R707231) of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and, as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics and Regulations.

 

The Client will pay a fee of CAD $160 in advance of their consultation. The appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received.

 

This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

 

Oscar Franco has read and agrees to the terms above.
